We’re proud to release our very first version of ThatHigh on the Android platform. This is something you’ve all been requesting for a long time, and you’ll finally be able to browse ThatHigh.com in a usable way from your phone.

ThatHigh.com, the web’s premiere marijuana humor center, has relocated to the Mission district in San Francisco, California. This move was motivated by the bay area’s widespread acceptance of cannabis culture compared to the rest of the United States. The region is well known for its progressive stance on marijuana use (both medicinal and recreational).

Every month, over half a million people visit ThatHigh.com for a daily dose of hilarious marijuana antics. Lighthearted and endlessly funny, the site is a showcase of the weird situations stoners sometimes get themselves into.

Many people have criticized the site. They believe it stands in the way of the popular legalization movement. The site’s founders challenge critics to find any story on the site that outdoes alcohol in terms of danger, violence, or unhealthy behavior.

The overwhelming draw of ThatHigh.com is it’s everyday, informal nature. Cannabis smokers everywhere can instantly relate to most of the stories they will read on the site. This inspires them to contribute their own stories.

The stories aren’t simply funny, though. A handful of the stories show precisely why cannabis is gaining traction. They show a depth of insight that is scarce on the web and indeed, in our daily lives. ThatHigh.com strives to be a source of entertainment and enlightenment for the web at large.
